Just look at my tumblr. ;)
Started eating healthy, counted my calories for a while till I got a hang of it and could tell more less if I`m overeating or not, and I did a lot of exercise (yoga, cycling, jogging and some swimmin). That`s it. Overall it was a lot of fun.
No specific diets, no dieting supplements, no fasting, etc. I approached it as a lifestyle change, not a diet.
