Winter sore throat “tea”- In a jar combine lemon slices, organic honey and sliced ginger. Close jar and put it in the fridge, it will form into a “jelly”. To serve- spoon jelly into mug and pour boiling water over it. Store in fridge 2-3 months.
Reblogging this in case any of you little jelly beans get sick (◡‿◡✿)

yoga has really helped me to get in touch with my deep emotions and accept my body
it makes me sad I hadn`t practiced for a long time… :(
how to leave this slump (I know how, btw, just get on the mat)
I got a new phone and installed this app again. I’m so bad at writing down what I ate, but on ona phone it’s easier, faster and the app also tells you how many calories that was, so it’s great. I used this last time I lost weight and I want to re - learn how many calories the food I eat has.
It’s a very good calorie tracker if you’re looking for one.
Ha’a Keaulana runs across the ocean floor with a 50 pound boulder. They do this as training to survive the massive surf waves of winter. She learned her amazing skills from her dad, legendary waterman #briankeaulana and her Grandpa, #Buffalo. I was very humbled to learn from the Hawaiians who have salt water running through their veins. Mahalo Nui Loa. Please stay tuned for our upcoming story on the Hawaiian surfing culture.

Brian Keaulana taught me to surf. Amazing family.
wow, that is badass!!! <3
Look what I just made/ate! Mmmmmm, so good.
Baked stuffed pepper with feta cheese on top, a little bit of kimchi (I made it myself) and baked eggplant salad! The salad is the bomb, I had it on Crete and just tried to replicate it and bam, success.
You have to bake a whole eggplant, poke it with a fork couple times, wrap it in baking foil and leave it in a hot oven for up to one hour, it has to be all soft and gooey. Cut it in half and wait till it cools down, scoop the insides with a spoon, throw away the skin, cut it a couple times into edible size pieces. For dressing you need Greek yoghurt, a tiny bit of mayo, tons of garlic - blended would be best - and some salt and black pepper. Omg, so good.
