Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are
Please god, one day can I have an absolutely adorable child who does yoga with me? Please…?
TOday I went to yoga class and took my friend and it was fun and ALSO! It was the first time I managed to do this pose and lift the extended foot in the air! :OOO I only pulled it like 5cm off the ground but I did it and I held it for a moment and it felt really good! :DD (It`s apparently called Eka Hasta Bhujasana (Elephant’s Trunk Pose))
Suddenly being able to do a new pose that seemed so difficult and impossible and learning I gained new strenght that allowed me to do it is great! <3
Later another friend needed girl talk so she came by car and picked me up and we went to the middle of nowhere (around midnight) where we threw a mat-blanket and matress on the grass and talked and watched the perseid meteor shower. Just came back, it`s 2am.
How to Fallen Angel (4 minutes)
Fallen Angel is a beautiful pose that looks like you just fell from the heavens, once you learn it you’ll love it! Other than letting your inner angel shine, this pose strengthens your core, shoulders and arms. Keep practicing! It’s actually a lot easier than it looks ;) If you’re comfortable in Side Crow you’re just that much closer to Fallen Angel

Insanely nervous about posting this picture. But, I’m also insanely happy with todays practice so I’m going with it. My form needs work but I was able to hold my forearm stand longer than I ever have.
that`s amazing!!!! :D I`m still working on doing a simple headstand ha!
How to Side Crow (3 minutes)
Learn the basic techniques and alignment as I breakdown the challenging, intermediate pose called Side Crow. Side Crow requires core strength, flexibility of the spine (twists) and a steady gaze. Add this powerful pose to your practice to develop balance, mindfulness and strength in your hands, wrists, arms, shoulders and core!
